Package and cancellation policy
All packages are valid for a duration of four (4) weeks. In cases of force majeure, such as a (serious) health issue or other exceptional and unforeseen circumstances, the duration may be extended up to five (5) weeks, with no possibility of further extension. If the duration exceeds five (5) weeks, the training sessions will be charged as usual.
If our gym remains closed due to a public holiday or for any other reason decided by us, the validity period of your packages will be extended accordingly, even if the maximum extension limit has already been reached.
Training session cancellations must be made at least two (2) to three (3) hours in advance, either by phone or via message. If the cancellation is not made within the specified time frame or if we are not informed at all, the session will be charged as usual. If you have made the cancellation within the required time frame, our failure to confirm does not affect the validity of your notification.
There is an option to reschedule missed sessions; however, this does not guarantee the availability of open slots at all times. Open slots typically arise due to cancellations by other clients, and therefore, you may wish to reschedule for a different day than originally assigned in your package, but no availability may exist, leading to a delay in rescheduling. The reason our system operates with pre-scheduled appointments on specific days and times is to ensure consistency for both your schedule and the gym’s operations.
Arrival delays for training sessions should not exceed fifteen (15) minutes, as the warm-up lasts this duration and is a crucial part of the session. Skipping or rushing through the warm-up increases the risk of injury. For the safety of all participants, if the delay exceeds fifteen (15) minutes, entry into the session may not be allowed, at the discretion of the trainer, and the session will be charged as usual.
